Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Products

Functional Issues: If the product has functional issues, we accept returns free of charge within the 30-day window. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.

Cosmetic Damage (IMPORTANT): If the item has cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, paint chips, or other visible flaws), you must notify us within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.
- Reported within 24 hours: We will accept the return or exchange free of charge.
- Reported after 24 hours: We do not accept returns or claims for cosmetic damage if reported more than 1 day after delivery. We cannot verify whether such damage occurred during shipping or was caused by user handling.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us right away if you notice any issues.
Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind) Due to the large size and heavy weight of our shipments, shipping costs are significant. Therefore, we do not offer free returns for non-defective items (e.g., if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the product).
If the product has no quality issues but you still wish to return it within the 30-day window:
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at service@ecoleapbike.com. Please verify whether your return is due to a defect or a personal preference so we can provide the correct instructions.
Return Process:
- Contact us at service@ecoleapbike.com with your order number and details about the product.
- If the item is defective, please provide photos or videos showing the issue.
- We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Approved Defective Returns: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Approved Non-Defective Returns: You will be refunded the product cost, minus any shipping costs incurred by us if applicable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (usually within 10 business days).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
